Making The Most Of Fly Buys

Wanting to get the most out of Fly Buys at Shell?

Here are a few suggestions on how to increase your potential rewards:

With every 20lt of fuel you purchase you'll collect 1 standard point. If your fuel purchase is under 20lts remember to get your Fly Buys card swiped because each purchase will go towards the monthly bonus points. Click here to find out more.
Make sure that everyone in your household who shops at Shell has a Fly Buys card (a total of four cards can be issued on one account)
Take advantage of Bonus Points; you can collect Bonus Points on selected products without having to spend the 20lt minimum.

How Do I Join?

To reap the rewards of Fly Buys become a member today! Simply obtain an application form from any participating Shell service station or complete the online application form on the Fly Buys website.

Within 10 days of receiving your application Fly Buys will send you your card and up to three other cards for your household. Remember, it's free to join and you can collect points for some great rewards.

Terms and conditions for collecting points at Shell:

Fly Buys points are not applicable for businesses adjacent to a Shell Service Station but run independently of Shell.
Fly Buys points are not applicable to cash out, Lotto, the purchase of vouchers, or purchases made with Shell Card, Fleet Card, Dual Card and Drive Card.

Removal of Fly Buys Gift Cards

Fly Buys withdrew the sale of Fly Buys Gift Cards from the market on 1 April 2008. Active cards at that date were given until 31 March 2009 to be used. From 1 April 2009 Fly Buys Gift Cards will no longer be accepted at any Shell outlet.

Although no new Gift Cards have been issued since 31 March 2008, some cards were re-issued due to damage or loss of card. For all matters regarding Gift Cards please contact the Fly Buys Service Centre on 0800 FLY BUYS (0800 259 2897).
