Shell To Sell Its Downstream Marketing Business In North Pacific Islands
Shell announced today that it has reached an agreement to sell its Downstream marketing businesses in North Pacific Islands (NPI: Guam, Saipan and Palau) to IP&E Holdings LLC., a company 100% owned by the Delgado family from the Philippines. The deal, which is subject to regulatory approvals and consents, follows a review by Shell of its Downstream marketing businesses in the NPI and is consistent with the company’s strategy to concentrate its global Downstream portfolio.
