Shell Technology Manager for Ferrari

After completing his degree in 2004, Guy joined Shell’s Engine and Vehicle Technology Group in the UK. Since then he has undertaken assignments in Germany and the USA. During this time Guy has accumulated extensive experience in fuel and lubricant development and performance evaluation across a variety of automotive applications.

Scuderia Ferrari Head of Race Operations

Diego joined Scuderia Ferrari in 2005, making a name for himself as a passionate gearbox specialist. In the 2008 season, he took on responsibility for assembly, under Chief Track Engineer Luca Baldisserri. Diego stepped up to Head of Race Operations for Scuderia Ferrari in 2011, and is tasked with improving on-track performance, from pit stop speed, to overseeing fuel mixes and responding to the ever changing track conditions.

MARC GENÉ

Scuderia Ferrari Test Driver

Marc's first appearance in the FIA Formula One World Championship was in 1999 with Minardi. He raced again for the Faenza outfit the following season. In 2001, he was taken on by BMW-Williams as a test driver, a role he filled until 2004. While with BMW-Williams, he also competed in three Grands Prix: the Italian in 2003, and the French and the British in 2004. Gené came to Maranello as a test driver on 22 November 2004 and took to the track the very next day in Barcelona at the wheel of an F2004. He remains on the books as a development driver for Scuderia Ferrari. When he’s not on the race track, Marc is a regular guest at Shell’s global events, speaking to guests and media and also participating in demonstrations to highlight Shell’s technical partnership with Ferrari.
