Stefano on: his drivers

It’s always difficult to do a comparison with the past because for sure different drivers in different periods do different things.  But for sure what I can say is the fact that Felipe and Kimi are a couple of drivers that are very strong, very motivated.

They are different personalities but they integrate themselves in a perfect way with a perfect experience that will work, so for sure Ferrari is extremely happy about their drivers.

Stefano on: Ferrari’s people

I think that I’m extremely lucky that I was working in a group of people that are not only great professional but great human being.

It is natural when you are involved in an organisation in a different role that intelligent people understand that if there is on one side a normal personal relationship, from the business point of view you have to change that in a professional way so everyone was extremely happy about this change and is respecting that and I’m really proud of being with such a group of people that are working together with me because at the end of the day this is the key of success for a team.

Above all for Ferrari that has always considered team spirit and people in the team the centre of its main activity, so I’m really proud of it.

Stefano on: Shell’s role in Maranello

I think that together with Shell we are able to integrate not only F1 department together with road car side but also Shell is giving its input on both side of the field.  So on our side we have a great input from technical point of view on the lubricants, on the fuel and this activity relates to the fuel and lubricant activity over on road car side so it’s a part of this crucial element that has been always very very important to Ferrari – that is the transfer of the technical inputs from the F1 to the road car side and Shell is one of these, I would say, transfer tools that is essential for us and I’m pretty sure that they will be beneficial for the Shell environment too.
