Rules and regulations
The full Shell Eco-marathon Europe 2013 rules comprise the Shell Eco-marathon Official Rules 2013 Chapter I and the European Rules 2013 Chapter II.
Chapter I Official Rules
Shell Eco-marathon Chapter I Rules apply to all three regional events: the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and intentionally leave many design parameters, technologies and tactics unspecified in order to stimulate creativity and allow for a competition of novel ideas and solutions.
Chapter II Official Rules
Shell Eco-marathon Europe Chapter II Rules apply to the European competition that will take place in May 2013 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
