October 19, 2011 – Americas Webcast Series #2
This session focused on how to secure local media coverage with the help of our PR agency. A representative from one of our sponsors, SKF, spoke briefly about the engineering advice and products that are available to the teams. Finally, our technical expert was on hand to answer your questions.
November 16, 2011 – Americas Webcast Series #3
The November webcast focuses on Phase II registration, Chapter II rules, travel stipends and the 2012 awards. Adrian Juergens, our technical expert, is also on hand to answer the teams’ technical questions.
December 14, 2011 - Americas Webcast Series #4
The December webcast focuses on important registration reminders, the availability of the Chapter II rules and helpful information to keep in mind when booking your flights and hotel rooms for your trip to Houston. Information regarding meals onsite and the schedule of events is also included.
January 18, 2012 - Americas Webcast Series #5
Adrian Juergens, our technical expert, explains how to build a crate for shipping your vehicle to Houston during the January webcast. We also address important shipping information, track details and a more detailed schedule of events.
February 15, 2012 – Americas Webcast Series #6
The February webcast focuses on important registration reminders and deadlines (note: all Phase II information must be completed by March 1, 2012). We review technical schematics, off-track awards and hotel reservations in addition to details regarding the paddock area, onsite registration, camping, parking, meals and more!
