Camping

An indoor, secure campground is available to teams in the George R. Brown Convention Center beginning April 4. There is no charge to use the campground. If you plan to use the campground, you should plan to bring your own tents and sleeping bags. Padding and showers will be provided.

Please let us know if you will be camping when you complete Phase II of registration.

Please note: Lockers are not provided on site, however the grounds are patrolled by 24 hour security. We recommend keeping your valuables with you or designating a team member to be responsible for watching them if you are away.

Hotel

We have negotiated group rates at two hotels within walking distance of Discovery Green Park.   Please visit this link, which is also available within the Phase II registration website, to reserve your hotel room.  If you have any questions about the hotels, or need help booking your room, please contact Laura Martin at laura.martin@shell.com.
