Shell has been ranked 4th in the Workplace Pride 2014 Global Benchmark Survey. Nineteen major employers representing over 1.9 million employees in over 96 countries worldwide took part in the survey. Employers were scored for their LGBT workplace inclusion policies and practices around the world based upon their own input to the survey. The Global Benchmark survey is a tool that allows organisations to track their own progress with LGBT workplace inclusion around the world.
