We recruit graduates with outstanding talent. We offer them world-class training and expose them to real-world challenges. By the end of our programme, they have become outstanding Traders.
From the first day of our graduate programme, you can expect to have a real job complete with real responsibilities. Over the course of three rotations, you’ll gain expertise in trading, knowledge of our wider business and build your own professional network.
On top of that, you will develop the communication and interpersonal skills a trader needs. And, that’s just the beginning. Your progress, learning and development will continue long after you complete the graduate programme.

As a graduate, you’ll receive daily, on-the-job training from people who are established experts – people prepared to invest their time in your career development. Learning is direct and often face-to-face.
During your graduate programme you will have all of the support and learning you need to be a success. You will get exposure not only to Trading but other parts of the Shell Group so you can understand what makes our business unique, and successful! Your line manager will work closely with you to challenge you and help you develop. You will also have access to Shell’s class leading learning opportunities and you’ll be assigned a senior mentor who will help you to find your way around Shell and integrate into the group.
