What we do
Our Sales and Marketing professionals are responsible for strengthening our corporate reputation, building brand awareness and supporting our strategic business goals. In particular, they produce innovative sales and marketing plans and implement them on a national, regional or global basis.
We also monitor market developments and brief colleagues for strategic planning cycles as well as maximising sales revenue by driving product availability, promotional effectiveness, merchandising activity and pricing. In addition, they develop value propositions for customer segments and build excellent customer relationships.

Sales
The first role we would assign to you would offer you hands-on experience in Sales with direct and indirect contact with customers.
You will typically start in one of the following roles.
- Sales Account Manager
- Field Based Account Manager
- Office Based Account Manager
- Customer Account Manager
- Territory Manager
- Sales Analyst
- Business Analyst
- Commercial Analyst
- Retail Support Analyst
Graduates in their first assignment will typically be involved in:
- Gaining working knowledge of our programs, products, internal systems/ requirements.
- Have direct interaction with customers - managing customer relationships to ensure development of sustainable business.
- Carrying out sales and marketing initiatives
- Delivering customer value propositions
- Implementing sales & marketing strategies
- Work on projects, presentations, and process improvements
- Prepare Sales Plans in keeping with the customer profile
- Achieve Sales targets (Key Performance Indicators may include Volume, Margins, Day-Sales Outstanding)
- Participate in the Sales and organisation Management activities and improvement projects and help delivery of key Team objectives
Marketing
The first role we would assign to you would offer hands on experience in marketing with an opportunity to work with colleagues in marketing and sales and to interact with customers.
You will typically start in one of the following roles.
- Marketing Advisor
- Marketing Analyst
- Marketing Implementer
- Marketing Co-ordinator
- Marketing - Project Manager
- Campaign Manager
- Customer Relationship Co-ordinator
In addition to this you will undertake personal and leadership development opportunities in line with your personal development plan and business needs.
