To help our customers get the most from their operational relationship with us, the brochures available for download below set out an overview of the clear and simple standards and guidelines that apply when buying chemicals for delivery by road and rail in Europe, the US and Canada.

In the event of a conflict between your contract with a Shell chemicals company, or its General Terms & Conditions (including the Service and Delivery Standard Addenda that can be accessed using the link below) those terms will take precedence over the content of the documents below. We may update parts of these brochures and/or the Addendum from time to time.
