Interview
Once you have successfully completed the online assessment you may be invited to attend an interview.
Step 3: Interview
The interview will take place either face-to-face or over the telephone. We'll be assessing how you perform against our assessment criteria, including Capacity, Achievement and Relationship skills (please refer to “WHAT WE LOOK FOR” for further details).
This is an opportunity for you to tell us more about your motivations for applying, your achievements, the challenges you've faced and how you've demonstrated the qualities we're looking for. You’ll also have the chance to ask us questions about Shell, our culture, work environment or other areas of interest to you.
