The Application Process
Shell offers various options for students and graduates to join us. It’s up to you to decide which one works best for you, and you’ll be asked to select your preferred route during the application process.
There are two routes into Shell through our internship and Shell Recruitment Day

Please note that if you have applied before, either as an intern or as a graduate, you must wait at least 12 months before applying again. You can continue to update your profile information our application system during this time.
If you have attended a Shell Recruitment Day previously, the time between applications should be at least three years.
This will give you sufficient time to demonstrate that you have gained additional experience or qualifications.
* Please note that only students in their second to last and final year are eligible to apply for an Internship.
*For those interested in joining our Shell Graduate Programme through a Shell Recruitment Day, you’re eligible to apply if you’re a final year student or you have graduated within the previous 3 years.
